The Opportunity
Spirehouse is working with a well-respected and long established firm with offices located across Worcestershire. The firm are seeking to recruit a Company Commercial Solicitor for their Worcester office, in a role which offers a clear pathway to Partnership. This is an exciting opportunity to join a firm with a strong, longstanding client base and a supportive friendly team. With a company client base mostly of private limited companies and family businesses; work includes company matters as well as significant property-related tasks and some focus on rural/agricultural clients as well.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage a caseload of corporate and commercial matters, to include approximately 40% commercial property.
- Provide expert guidance on freehold and leasehold commercial property and associated finance matters.
- Business sales and acquisitions.
- Company share sales and company restructuring as well as company administration.
- Landlord and tenant matters.
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 3+ yearsβ PQE in company commercial law.
- A strong client service orientation.
