The Opportunity We are looking for a Residential Property Lawyer with 3+ years' PQE to join the team. The firm is open to candidates looking for either full-time or part-time hours, making this an attractive opportunity for experienced conveyancers seeking greater flexibility. You will manage your own caseload from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion, working closely with clients and other professionals throughout the process. The Role Your caseload will include: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Remortgages New-build purchases Shared ownership purchases Transfers of equity First registrations and assents Help to Buy loan repayments Managing files from instruction through to completion and post-completion Why Join?
