The Opportunity

Working closely with the Head of Conveyancing, you’ll play an integral part in leading the team, maintaining exceptional client service standards, and supporting the development of junior colleagues. Alongside managing a varied caseload, you’ll help drive departmental performance, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth and success of the team.

Requirements

  • Qualified legal professional with extensive residential conveyancing
  • Strong technical legal knowledge and ability to manage complex matters
  • Previous leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience
  • Commercially aware with the ability to meet targets and drive performance
