A highly regarded national law firm is looking to appoint an ambitious Corporate Partner or Senior Associate to support the continued growth of its Manchester corporate practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and expanding team undertaking a broad range of corporate transactions for a diverse client base, including owner-managed businesses, private equity investors, entrepreneurs, national organisations and international companies.

The Opportunity

Working alongside experienced corporate partners and a well-established local team, you will enjoy significant autonomy to develop your own practice while benefiting from the support, resources and expertise of a successful national corporate group. The role can be tailored to suit your experience, sector specialisms and career ambitions, providing an excellent platform for future progression.

The team advises on a wide range of matters including:

  • Mergers and acquisitions.
  • Corporate finance transactions.

Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor with at least 6 years' corporate law experience.
  • Strong technical corporate expertise.
  • Experience managing transactions with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent client relationship and business development skills.
  • Ability to supervise and mentor junior lawyers.
  • Ambition to help grow a successful Manchester practice.
