Corporate Partner / Senior Associate | Manchester A highly regarded national law firm is looking to appoint an ambitious Corporate Partner or Senior Associate to support the continued growth of its Manchester corporate practice. The team advises on a wide range of matters including: Mergers and acquisitions. Corporate finance transactions. Private equity and investment work. Joint ventures and strategic partnerships. Corporate restructuring and governance. General company and shareholder advisory matters. Requirements Qualified solicitor with at least 6 years' corporate law experience. Strong technical corporate expertise. Experience managing transactions with minimal supervision. Excellent client relationship and business development skills. Ability to supervise and mentor junior lawyers. Ambition to help grow a successful Manchester practice. A collaborative approach and commitment to teamwork.
