Spirehouse are currently recruiting for multiple Residential Surveyors throughout London.
The Opportunity:
This is a full-time remote role for a Residential Surveyor; we are seeking individuals who have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within a residential surveying setting across level 2 and level 3 surveys.
The successful candidate will:
As a residential surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting L2 and L3 RICS surveys, as well as some associated valuations and assessments of residential properties. This includes inspecting properties, evaluating their conditions, identifying potential issues or hazards, and providing detailed reports. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and other professionals in the property industry.
Further information:
- Full-time permanent
- £45,000 – £60,000 Dependant on experience
- £350 per month car allowance
- Commission also available (To be discussed)
- Immediate starts available
Requirements:
- Experience in residential property surveys and assessments
- Knowledge of building construction, regulations, and safety standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficiency in using surveying tools and software
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional accreditation or certification in surveying (RICS/VRS) is essential
