Job Description

Conveyancing Fee Earner sought for a mainly remote, permanent opportunity with a well-regarded and long established law firm.

The Opportunity

Spirehouse is working with a long standing high street firm to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner for their Wye Valley office.

The firm are offering a hybrid working arrangement, with as little as one day per fortnight in the office.

You will join a firm with a loyal client base, excellent local reputation and a supportive team.

The Opportunity

  • Independently manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
  • Provide expert guidance throughout the full conveyancing process, from initial instruction through to post completion.
  • Handle more complex transactions such as new build and shared ownership properties
  • Hybrid working with as little as 1 day per fortnight office based

Requirements

  • A qualified Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Confident in handling all aspects of the conveyancing process, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
