Job Description
Residential Property Fee Earner
Spirehouse are partnered with a long established, regional law firm, with offices across Wiltshire & Hampshire who are looking to add a Residential Property Fee Earner to their busy and expanding conveyancing department.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering an exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post‑completion
Handle a variety of transactions, including:
- Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
- Re‑mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with clear, regular communication
- Ensure all work complies with AML, CQS, SRA and other regulatory requirements
About You
- Solicitor (England & Wales) Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Exec with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE
- Solid understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confident communication skills and professionalism
