Spirehouse are recruiting for a Locum Residential Property Solicitor on behalf of a leading law firm based in London.
The Opportunity
Working alongside a team, you will be involved in all aspects of residential property transactions, acting for Ultra High Net Worth individuals, families and companies. The firm are seeking someone who can start as soon as possible in January for an initial 3-month contract with likely extension. The role will operate on a hybrid working basis. A competitive London rate is on offer. Individuals with both full and part-time availability will be considered, for a minimum of three days per week.
The Role
The firm, who have an excellent reputation, are seeking an experienced individual to assume responsibility for a high value residential property caseload. Transactions will be a mixture of new build properties typically up to £3 million, and high value second hand properties ranging up to £20 million. The caseload will include, but is not limited to:
- Managing a caseload of 50-60 files under supervision
- Drafting transaction documents
