The Opportunity
Spirehouse is working with a leading Yorkshire law firm to recruit a Residential Conveyancer for their well-established and friendly team in Central York.
The Role
You will be responsible for running your own files from start to finish, with secretarial support. The case management system being used is LEAP. This residential conveyancing team is a thriving business with loyal clients. Due to their success they are looking for a part-time conveyancer to join the residential team. This company offers a great work/life balance in a team-orientated environment.

Requirements
- Minimum requirement is 2 years' experience running your own files independently.

- Working within a target driven environment.
