Residential Property Solicitor sought for a mainly remote, permanent opportunity with a well-regarded and long established law firm.

The Opportunity

Spirehouse is working with a long standing high street firm to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner for their Hay-on-Wye office. You will join a firm with a loyal client base, excellent local reputation and a supportive team. For those seeking progression, there are no barriers to growth within the practice and a clear pathway to Partner.

Independently manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. Handle more complex transactions such as new build and shared ownership properties. Provide expert guidance throughout the full conveyancing process, from initial instructions through to completion. Utilise case management systems effectively to ensure the smooth running of all cases. Maintain excellent client relationships and provide clear, concise communication throughout the transaction process.

Requirements

  • A qualified Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Confident in handling all aspects of the conveyancing process, including leasehold and new-build properties.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload.
  • Proficient with case management systems and IT systems.
  • Able to provide exceptional service to a diverse range of clients.
