Property Litigation Locum required for a long-term locum contract with reputable law firm in Greater London.
The Opportunity
The firm provide a first-class and innovative property dispute resolution service, advising investors, developers, landlords, tenants and financiers.
You will manage your own caseload as part of the wider dispute resolution team. This may include, but is not limited to:
- Commercial Landlord & Tenant dispute
- Boundary disputes
- Possession claims
- Breach of a development
- Restrictive covenants and trespass
The locum requirement is an ASAP start, for a minimum 3-6 months whilst the firm recruit on a permanent basis.
Hybrid working is available, with flexibility for the right candidate.
Our client welcomes candidates with partial availability, offering full time and part time hours.
