Private Client Partner / Legal Director | Oxford (Hybrid) An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Partner or Legal Director to lead and grow an established Private Client practice in Oxford.
This is a rare opportunity to join a highly regarded national law firm offering high-quality work, genuine autonomy and the platform to build and develop your own practice.
The Opportunity You'll play a key role in the growth of the Oxford team, including: Advising on complex private client matters including wills, trusts, estate administration and tax planning.
Growing the firm's Private Client offering across Oxfordshire and the Thames Valley.
Building relationships with high-net-worth individuals and professional referrers.
Supervising and developing junior lawyers.
Driving business development and helping shape the future of the practice.
Requirements Qualified Solicitor with significant Private Client experience.
STEP qualified.
Established Partner, Legal Director or Senior Associate ready to step up.
Strong technical ability, commercial awareness and business development experience.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Benefits Salary of £90,000–£95,000 (Legal Director) or £105,000–£110,000 (Partner), with potential for significantly more for an exceptional established Partner.

Hybrid working (typically three days in the office).
Flexible working, including compressed hours and four-day weeks. 27 days' annual leave, birthday leave, Christmas and New Year half-days, plus five additional wellbeing days. 5% employer pension contribution and life assurance.
