An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a top-ranked and growing Employment team in Oxford. The Opportunity

  • You will handle a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work, with a focus on corporate and education clients.
  • The role includes advising on complex Employment Tribunal matters, supporting key clients, delivering training and legal updates, and contributing to business development across the Oxford market and beyond.
  • You will also play a key leadership role within the team, supervising junior lawyers and working closely with senior partners to support the continued growth of the practice.
