The Opportunity
You will handle a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work, with a focus on corporate and education clients. The role includes advising on complex Employment Tribunal matters, supporting key clients, delivering training and legal updates, and contributing to business development across the Oxford market and beyond. You will also play a key leadership role within the team, supervising junior lawyers and working closely with senior partners to support the continued growth of the practice.
