Spirehouse are partnered with a thriving, forward-thinking legal practice in the heart of Gloucestershire who are looking for an experienced fee earner to manage a caseload of residential property transactions. The Role
You will run your own caseload of quality residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion, handling matters including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages and equity transfers
- New build purchases and shared ownership
- Buy-to-let transactions
You will be supported by a dedicated team and benefit from modern case management systems, allowing you to focus on what you do best, looking after your clients.
About You
Qualified Solicitor (England and Wales), Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive. You will have a proven track record running your own residential conveyancing caseload and a genuine commitment to client care. You'll be organised, commercially aware, and comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
