Employment Locum sought on behalf of renowned law firm in the Home Counties to start in November 2025.

The Role

You will be an experienced Employment Locum who can adeptly handle a complex caseload dealing with Employee and Employer matters. Caseload will include:

  • Employment matters relating to all manner of corporate transactions
  • Restrictive covenant and confidentiality disputes
  • Unfair dismissal and contract negotiations and TUPE transfers
  • Advising individuals on contentious or potentially contentious claims

The exact hours and working arrangement will be based on your individual requirements. Some remote working offered.

Requirements:

  • Experience in handling employment matters autonomously
  • Extensive experience handling employment related corporate transactions
  • Able to work in office and remotely
