Spirehouse are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner – EDI on behalf of a Public Sector organisation in West Yorkshire.
About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for both delivering on a range of people related issues but also lead on Equality, Diversity & Inclusion.
Responsibilities
- Support and advise managers on the full range of complex employment issues, advising on risks, benefits and options.
- Undertake employee relations casework, including cases at appeal level, preparation for Employment Tribunals and organisational change, in particular in cases related to your area of specialism.
- Contribute to the implementation of legislative changes and associated amendments and enhancements to policies, procedures and guidance, in relation to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
- Design, review and deliver EDI training and awareness programs for managers and staff.
- Line management responsibility for an EDI Officer.
Salary and benefits
- Permanent
- Salary banding: £46,500 - £58,500 per annum (flexible within banding based on experience).
- Full time
- Hybrid working – 60/40 onsite/remote.
- 37.5 hours per week full-time equivalent.
