Job Description
Spirehouse are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor on behalf of a Public Sector organisation in Cambridge.
The Opportunity
We are urgently seeking an experienced HR Advisor for a 6-month fixed-term contract to support with an organisational change programme.
This role will focus on assisting with change initiatives including redeployments, restructures, redundancies, and union engagement.
- Support the delivery of organisational change projects
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance in line with employment law and internal policy
- Coordinate and manage timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communication for change programmes
- Partner with HRBPs and senior managers to ensure a smooth transition through periods of change
- Help facilitate outcomes that are both legally compliant and aligned with organisational goals
