Residential Property Solicitor sought for a mainly remote, permanent opportunity with a well-regarded and long established law firm.
The Opportunity
Spirehouse is working with a long standing high street firm to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner for their Hay-on-Wye office.
You will join a firm with a loyal client base, excellent local reputation and a supportive team.

The Opportunity
- Independently manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Handle more complex transactions such as new build and shared ownership properties.
- Provide expert guidance throughout the full conveyancing process, from initial instructions through to completion.
- Utilise case management systems effectively to ensure the smooth running of all cases.
- Maintain excellent client relationships and provide clear, concise communication throughout the transaction process.
Requirements
- A qualified Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with experience in residential conveyancing.
- Confident in handling all aspects of the conveyancing process, including leasehold and new-build properties.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload.
