Spirehouse are currently recruiting for a Head of Employee Relations on behalf of a Public Sector organisation in the West Midlands.
The Opportunity
A Head of Employee Relations is required to develop and maintain the current ER function across the organisation, establishing strong relationships with staff and stakeholders.
Work in close partnership with line managers and colleagues to develop and implement strategies that support both employee voice and employee involvement.
There will be a responsibility to provide specialist advice on change management issues and highly complex ER matters.
Lead and drive ER capability throughout the organisation, monitoring, analysing and reporting on employee relations data, to identify appropriate approvements.
Line management is responsible for this role.

- 12 months fixed-term contract
- £60,000 – £68,000 per annum
- Hybrid working

- CIPD Level 7
- Experience dealing with complex, ER casework
