Avalon is currently supporting an organisation in Cheshire to recruit a Customer Success Manager.
Overview
The Opportunity
Due to substantial growth over the last 12 months, the organisation is looking to expand their Customer Success team to drive projects forward and manage key accounts, continuing to provide excellent service to their customers.
The successful candidate will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key clients.
- Build long-lasting customer relationships that drive satisfaction, retention and account growth.
- Conduct regular customer touchpoints, including one-to-one check-ins, progress reviews and one-to-many sessions such as webinars or group updates.
- Deliver engaging presentations and training sessions to varied audiences and stakeholders; including customers living in social housing, frontline housing staff.
- Facilitate on-site customer engagement sessions and user groups to promote awareness and usage of our services.
- Provide feedback on client and customer needs, product enhancements and operational improvements.

Permanent Hybrid working – Travel to customers will be required.
Requirements
- Driving license & access to a vehicle.
- Previous experience in customer success.
- Experience in either Social Housing or Supported Housing is beneficial but not essential.
