The Role
- Manage a broad and interesting caseload, including:
- Commercial contracts and terms of business
- Shareholder and partnership agreements
- Asset Purchase Agreements

About You
- A qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years’ PQE in Corporate/Commercial law
