Childcare solicitor sought for a leading Warwickshire law firm.

The Opportunity

Spirehouse is working with a reputable Warwickshire law firm to recruit a dedicated Childcare Solicitor for their growing team.

The Role

The Care Team deals with all aspects of care proceedings, working constructively with Local Authorities, Guardians and bodies such as CAFCASS.

You will take responsibility for a caseload of public law cases including PLO matters, Care Proceedings, Emergency Protection Orders, Adoption and Deprivation of Liberty.

You will join an established team and benefit from secretarial support, a team-based ethos and modern working practices.

Wider benefits package including pension, onsite parking.

Hybrid working is available.

Requirements

Qualified solicitor or CILEX (England & Wales) with at least years PQE working within a childcare department.

Strong experience of drafting court documents, statements of evidence, letters, preparation of file notes, telephone notes and other correspondence.
