The Opportunity
Due to team growth, Spirehouse is working with a leading Lincolnshire law firm to recruit a qualified Private Client Solicitor for their well-established team with a strong reputation. Our client is searching for a driven, talented and self-motivated Private Client Solicitor who is based or commutable to their Boston office. For those seeking progression, there are no barriers to growth within the practice and a clear pathway to Partner. This is a great opportunity for someone with a desire for personal development and to be part of overall business growth.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing a broad caseload of private client matters including:
- Preparation of Wills, including those utilising trusts to assist with more complex family situations;
- IHT/CGT Planning;
- Preparation of Powers of Attorney to include registration of EPAs and LPAs;
- Court of Protection practice;
- Administration of taxable and non-taxable estates;
- Identifying trust administration requirements.
You will be joining a firm with a long-standing, strong reputation for outstanding expertise and a focused commitment to providing a quality, inclusive and personal legal service to all clients.
