Corporate Partner | Manchester | Hybrid Working

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Corporate Partner, Legal Director or Senior Associate to join a highly regarded national law firm and play a key role in the growth of its Manchester corporate practice.

Working alongside an experienced Corporate Partner and supported by a well-established local and national team, you will enjoy significant autonomy to develop your practice while benefiting from an existing client base, strong referral network and extensive internal resources.

The Opportunity

The team advises a diverse range of national and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, equity investments, joint ventures, restructurings and general corporate advisory matters.

This opportunity is ideal for an existing Partner seeking a fresh challenge or a Senior Associate/Legal Director ready to take the next step. A client following is not essential, making this a fantastic platform for ambitious lawyers looking to build their profile and progress their career.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years' PQE in Corporate law.
  • Strong experience handling corporate transactions with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent client relationship and business development skills.
  • The ability to supervise and mentor junior lawyers.
  • A commercial and entrepreneurial approach to practice development.
  • A collaborative mindset and desire to contribute to a growing team.
