Residential Conveyancing Lawyer sought for a leading Birmingham law firm. Spirehouse is working with an established Birmingham law firm to recruit a Residential Plot Conveyancer for their fast paced and friendly team. The Residential Conveyancer will handle the legal aspects of property transactions from initiation to completion. The role will advise over the complete life cycle of new build housing from initial heads of terms, acquiring the land, obtaining planning permission, building out the scheme and the sale of the new homes.
