The Role
You will be an experienced Employment Solicitor who can adeptly handle a complex caseload dealing with Employee and Employer matters. Caseload will include:
- Employment matters relating to all manner of corporate transactions
- Restrictive covenant and confidentiality disputes
- Unfair dismissal and contract negotiations and TUPE transfers
- Advising individuals on contentious or potentially contentious claims
Requirements:
- Experience in handling employment matters autonomously
- Extensive experience handling employment related corporate transactions
- Able to work in office and remotely
