The Opportunity
Working closely with the property team, you'll identify opportunities to streamline legal processes, improve workflows and maximise the use of technology to deliver a better service for clients and colleagues.
Key responsibilities include
- Reviewing and improving commercial property processes and workflows.
- Driving the implementation and adoption of legal technology and AI solutions.
- Leading operational improvement projects from concept to delivery.
- Supporting teams through change and embedding new ways of working.
- Ensuring compliance while improving efficiency and consistency.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in Commercial Property.
- Strong understanding of commercial property transactions and legal processes.
- A genuine interest in legal operations, innovation or legal technology.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
