The Opportunity

Spirehouse is working with an established Birmingham law firm to recruit a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor for their friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to progress their career and enjoy a challenge within a large and continually growing, fast paced real estate department.

The Role

This position will work closely with the senior fee earners on a variety of matters for a wide range of clients. The team focuses on all aspects of non-contentious commercial property transactions, to include:

  • Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties
  • Portfolio management
  • Secured lending
  • Corporate support
  • Commercial development and investment
  • Landlord and tenant matters
