Spirehouse is working with an established Warwickshire law firm to recruit a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor for their friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to progress their career and enjoy a challenge within a large and continually growing, fast paced real estate department.
Role
This position will work closely with the senior fee earners on a variety of matters for a wide range of clients.
Responsibilities
- Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties
- Secured lending
- Corporate support
- Commercial development and investment
- Landlord and tenant matters
