Benefits: * Salary: £50,000 per annum. * Contract Duration: 12-month fixed-term contract. * Working Style: Flexible, home-based positioning (following initial training) with autonomy to manage your regional schedule. * Sector Impact: High-purpose role ensuring safe, adapted, high-quality housing for elderly and retired residents. * Remit Scope: Broad exposure across acquisitions, contract administration, compliance, and strategic asset management.
