Avalon is seeking a proactive Supported Housing Manager based in Oxford with responsibilities spanning day-to-day housing management operations and line management of Housing Officers. The role includes travel to London and the South of England (2–3 days per week) to conduct property visits and support remote staff, while reporting to the Head of Housing.
You will drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance with the Regulator of Social Housing’s Consumer Standards, and deliver high-quality services.
