Avalon are recruiting a Carpenter in Milton Keynes to carry out responsive and planned carpentry repairs within occupied properties. You will diagnose faults, deliver first-time fixes and perform joinery, fencing and general maintenance using a PDA/mobile device.
Requirements include NVQ/City & Guilds in Carpentry (or equivalent) with 2+ years' experience and a Full UK driving licence; social housing experience is desirable.
