You will support the delivery of reactive maintenance, planned investment and property improvement works, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely and to a high standard.
Working closely with colleagues, contractors and external stakeholders, you will provide professional surveying advice and help ensure properties are maintained effectively while supporting wider compliance and investment objectives.
Key Responsibilities As a Building Surveyor, you will: * Manage reactive maintenance, property improvement works, inspections and condition surveys. * Support stock condition programmes, void management, contractor procurement and tendering. * Assist with contract administration, project management, specifications and technical reporting. * Work with internal teams and contractors to maintain quality, safety, compliance and value for money.
