Contextual Overview

Spirehouse Recruitment is facilitating the hiring of a Commercial Property Solicitor for an established law firm in Birmingham. This role involves managing a diverse range of non-contentious commercial property transactions within a fast-paced real estate department.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years' Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Skills: Demonstrated technical competence, initiative, drive, and strong organizational capabilities.
• Approach: Commercial mindset with a focus on high-quality client service and relationship building.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

The successful candidate will work alongside senior fee earners on matters including:

• Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties.
• Portfolio management and secured lending.
• Corporate support, commercial development, and investment.
• Landlord and tenant matters.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Mode: Full-time, Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
