We are seeking a detailâoriented Supply Chain Administrator for a 2âmonth fixedâterm contract to support a timeâsensitive compliance project within our Supply Chain team. The role is dedicated solely to completing a regulatory documentation and data validation task to ensure our supply chain records meet current compliance and audit standards. This position is administrative in nature and does not involve broader supply chain operations such as procurement, logistics, or inventory management.
Role Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and update item master documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
- Liaise with suppliers and external stakeholders to request and track missing or updated compliance information
- Maintain accurate digital records and ensure data integrity within relevant systems
- Support reporting requirements by compiling progress updates and audit summaries for management review
- Follow established procedures and confidentiality standards while handling supplier and compliance data
Basic Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative or data management role
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document handling and data entry
- Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet shortâterm deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with supplier documentation or regulatory compliance processes
For this position, we will require you to work five days per week in the office. Access to US exportâcontrolled software and/or technology may be required for this role. If needed, Spire will arrange the necessary licensesâthis is not something candidates need to have before applying.
