We’re seeking a founder (or founding team) to launch a specialist platform in data centres and AI infrastructure, whether as a commercial agency, services business/provider, or investment manager. These markets are evolving fast, with new occupier needs, power constraints, and global capital inflows; creating room for partner-led, highly specialised firms.

Who we’re looking for:

  • 10+ years in commercial agency, property services, or investment
  • 4+ years’ experience in data centres related services
  • A deep network across investors, developers, utilities, and occupiers
  • A demonstrable track record in advisory and deal execution, plus the entrepreneurial drive to deliver a 5+ year plan
  • An international perspective and cross-border client experience
