Catshill Federation Lunchtime Supervisor Permanent, Term Time only, 6 hour 25 minutes per week (Monday to Friday 1 hour 25 minutes per day) SC2 (3) £12.85 per hour pro rata

Are you passionate about working with children and creating a safe, positive environment forlearning and play? We are looking for a friendly and reliable Lunchtime Supervisor to join ourteam at Catshill First School & Nursery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support pupils during lunchtime, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
  • Assist with the smooth operation of the dining hall, encouraging good table mannersand promoting healthy eating.
  • Help manage outdoor playtime, ensuring pupils engage in safe and fun activities.
  • Provide a caring and supportive presence for pupils, addressing any conflicts orconcerns that arise.
  • Work closely with other staff members to ensure a positive school environment.
  • Clean the dining area and remove rubbish

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A warm, friendly approach and a passion for working with children.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to manage situations calmly and efficiently.
  • Previous experience in a school or childcare setting (desirable but not essential).
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
