The team are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor (3 years PQE plus) to join our well-established Family department in a client-focused and dynamic role, based at our Attleborough and Norwich offices.
The family team consists of experienced family law practitioners. The team undertakes a full range of privately funded family law services across the firms' seven office locations.
This role will see the successful candidate undertaking the following tasks:
- Taking ownership of a broad caseload of family matters including financial remedy and private law children work, as well as matters relating to family cohabitation.
- Working without supervision but as part of an experienced team.
- Developing the caseload by working occasionally in other market town locations as well as remotely as part of a flexible working arrangement with a healthy work/life balance.
The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple tasks and have a good attention to detail. They should be a team-player who can quickly gain the trust of their team and clients as well as our professional colleagues in this demanding area of legal work. We pride ourselves in putting our clients at the forefront of what we do, and we are looking for candidates who share this passion.
We are looking for a candidate who has:
- 3 years or more PQE in family law
- The ability to service a mixture of work types across the Attleborough and Norwich offices
- In depth knowledge and demonstrative skills in family law
- Confidence in managing files from instruction to conclusion
- Values that show commitment to delivering excellent client care
- Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to business development
- An appetite for developing their skills and seeking good career progression
