The Opportunity:
We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our team based at our Aylsham office.
The Role:
The role involves assisting in the smooth running of reception and assisting with daily queries from clients in a fast-paced law firm. The role involves:
- Answering telephone calls
- Managing the reception and strong room
- Coordinating meetings
- Organising catering
- Monitoring visitor access
- Managing the fire alarm and drill records
- Dealing with petty cash
- Greeting and looking after clients
There will also be a need to support with administrative tasks, such as taking ID documentation, preparing documents and correspondence, photocopying and scanning as required.
The role is offered on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, with an hours daily lunch break.
The Candidate:
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Ideally has previous reception and administration experience
- Has a commitment to providing an excellent standard of client care
- Is IT literate, and an accurate typist
- Has great time management, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Enjoys a busy environment, is adept at multitasking, and has the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Has a positive "can-do" attitude and loves learning new skills
- Is a team-player who can quickly build rapport and gain the trust of their team and clients
