The Opportunity Are you an Agricultural or Property Lawyer with 2+ years PQE, looking for a rewarding and dynamic role? We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our experienced Agricultural Property team in Attleborough and/or Norwich.
About The Role
Our team works with a wide variety of agricultural clients, including farmers, landowners, and businesses in the rural sector. You will handle a broad range of interesting and complex agricultural property matters while working closely with other departments to offer holistic legal advice. You\βll have the opportunity to actively contribute to business development, foster relationships, and make a real impact in a thriving department.
What You\βll Do
- Lead and manage a diverse range of agricultural property matters, including sales, purchases, tenancy advice, and easement agreements.
- Work closely with colleagues across multiple departments, offering comprehensive legal services to clients.
- Play an active role in the firm\βs business development initiatives, attending events, and developing key client relationships.
- Use your experience and knowledge to drive innovative solutions for your clients in the agricultural sector.
What We\βre Looking For
- At least 2 years PQE in agricultural property law, or relevant transactional property experience.
- A keen interest in agricultural matters, with a strong understanding of the sector.
- Excellent commercial awareness, and the ability to think strategically.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
- A solid understanding of land use regulations, and environmental considerations specific to the sector.
