Role Purpose: To provide general administrative and order processing support within the sales department. You will offer the clients excellent customer service and be able to communicate clearly and effectively with internal team members.
Key Tasks:
- Manage, file and maintain all internal sales documentation.
- Matching up order documentation with delivery notes to ensure a fully traceable paper trail for audit compliance.
- Conduct contract review of sales orders to ensure accuracy of processing.
