Salary: Circa £30k, discussed on experience + Bonus

Hours: Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:00

My client is a very professional, dedicated manufacturing company with a welcoming team which supplies construction products into the construction sector, based in Chesterfield with excellent transport links. The Secretary position is based in an established business having been in operation for over 35 years and can offer great working conditions, a long-term challenge to the right person with training upon joining the team. You will be joining a successful, organised team and will be given full training on systems, products and the clients. My client is an ‘Investor In People’ associated company, which means they are happy to support on any additional qualifications or training you might like to complete to aid development within your career.

Responsible To: Director/s and Management Team.

Overall purpose: Providing secretarial and administrative support to two Directors and a small Management team.

Duties:

  • Liaison with Area Sales Manager and Technical Department
  • Organising sales conferences, seminars, exhibitions etc.
  • Meeting minute taking.
  • Secretarial and administrative support
  • Spreadsheet analyses on a bespoke basis.
  • Putting info packs together for meetings.
  • Providing catering for Board and Sales Meetings.
  • Opening mail and directing appropriately.
  • Maintaining stationery supplies.
  • Directors Diary Management.
  • Co-Ordinate accommodation and travel arrangements.
  • Customer Service
  • Any other related ad-hoc duties
