Hours: 09:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday (some Saturday work on rota)
We are looking for a full-time Sales Negotiator to work from our client's successful Chesterfield branch. You would be mainly office based in the Estate Agency with customer facing tasks and would require you to visit people's homes to complete house presentations to potential house buyers. The role will be fast paced and varied with a degree of time sensitive pressure. The role will also require working on the Saturday rota; on the weeks when you are working a Saturday, you will get one afternoon off during that week (arranged by the branch manager).
The ideal candidate will be well organised and comfortable dealing with a variety of different types of people. This individual will be responsible for their own sales and seeing them through the sales progression all the way to completion. They should be excellent at recording data and have superb verbal communication skills. They must be a good communicator overall and a team player. Be forward thinking, assertive and positive to be able to work in this extremely fast paced industry.
Ideally, the candidate would have experience in a similar role. However, for the right candidate, this is not always necessary. We just ask that you have a hunger and passion to learn and succeed. Full training will be given upon joining the company and ongoing support will be in place.
Duties:
- Taking calls and dealing with Sales enquiries
- Booking viewings and market appraisals
- Dealing with all sales offers
- Negotiating the offers with the Vendors and Buyers
- Acquiring the proof of funds from the buyer
- Preparing and issuing the memorandum of sale
- Following through the Sales progression
- Completing property viewings when needed
- Assisting other Sales Negotiators when needed
- Prospecting for new business
- Passing mortgage leads over to the advisors
Needed or Advantageous:
- Full clean driving licence
