Function of role:
To provide accurate technical processing, system control, and delivery realism for Special Fabrication work. The role supports sales and production teams through disciplined administration, CAD support, quality reporting, and early escalation of technical, capacity, or data risk.
Key Accountabilities:
- Accuracy of technical processing, drawings, and BOM data
- Discipline in systems usage (Sigma / MRP / CAD)
- Early identification and escalation of technical, capacity, or data risk
- Contribution to quality control through NCR / OFI reporting
- Administrative accuracy supporting commercial and delivery control
Capacity, Planning & Delivery Support:
- Validate production capacity prior to confirming delivery expectations
- Liaise with Production to avoid over-commitment and unrealistic scheduling
- Monitor job progress and escalate risks to delivery or sequencing early
