Reporting to: Marketing Manager

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 per annum

About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our clients in-house marketing team in Staveley, Chesterfield. This is an exciting opportunity to work across three well-established and growing brands. You’ll support the delivery of engaging, consistent, and high-performing marketing campaigns — from blog posts and email newsletters to social media content, offline advertising, and printed materials. This is a full-time, office-based role, offering variety, responsibility, and the chance to grow your marketing career in a creative and supportive team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Content & SEO

  • Write blogs and web pages that are clear, engaging, and optimised for search engines
  • Regularly update website content through WordPress, ensuring pages are current and well-structured
  • Help improve user experience by supporting content layout and internal linking

Social Media & Video

  • Plan, write, and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Collaborate with the team on campaign ideas and creative approaches
  • Film and edit short-form video content using a smartphone and Final Cut Pro
  • Travel locally to capture footage or photography at installations, customer visits, or events

Email Marketing & Newsletters

  • Draft and design monthly email campaigns in HubSpot
  • Ensure messages are on-brand, visually clean, and targeted to each customer group
  • Monitor engagement and suggest improvements based on results

Campaign Support (Print, Events, Direct Mail)

  • Assist in the planning and delivery of direct mail, press ads, outdoor banners, and radio promotions
  • Work with suppliers and creatives to ensure materials are delivered on time and on budget
  • Help coordinate event sponsorship and activation opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or content role
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles and digital content
  • Experience using WordPress to create and manage website content
  • Experience creating and scheduling social media content for business
  • Confident editing videos using Final Cut Pro
  • Comfortable filming short videos on a smartphone
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (for local filming, showroom, or install visits)
  • Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
  • Well-organised and able to manage multiple deadlines across different brands
