Part Time Administrator in London

Job Title: Part Time Administrator (Temporary)Hours: Monday to Friday - (24 hours per week)Salary: 13.50 per hourLocation: Staveley, ChesterfieldThis role will be for a minimum of 6 Months and has the potential to go permanent.Purpose of the role:To assist the HR/HSEQ Department in the provision of a confidential human resource and HSEQ function for the Company in relation to all aspects of practice and procedure. Providing admin and support to managers and administering the HR/HSEQ systems.Tasks and duties: HR administrationTake minutes at meetings.Collate temporary production hours on time sheets and send the necessary documentation to agencies.Maintain confidential employee files and HR database.Prepare HR information for the monthly HR Audit/s.Complete all filing, record keeping and database maintenance as required by the HR Department.Completion of ad-hoc projects/duties as and when required.Tasks and duties: HSEQ administrationAssisting in overall management of the Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Management SystemsMaintenance of HSEQ documentation in line with requirements.Liaise with external agencies/organisations to utilise specialised expertise for goods or servicesAssist with Calibration System.Organize external training courses: Forklift Truck/First Aid/Fire Marshall etc.Raise purchase orders where necessaryCollecting Weekly Machine Check Tickets and process.Conduct HSE induction training and complete all necessary documentation Perm/Temp/Visitors and ContractorsCompletion of ad-hoc projects/duties as and when required.
