Hours: 08:30 - 17:00, Monday - Friday
Role Purpose: To provide general administrative and order processing support within the sales department. You will offer the clients excellent customer service and be able to communicate clearly and effectively with internal team members.
Key Tasks:
- Manage, file and maintain all internal sales documentation.
- Matching up order documentation with delivery notes to ensure a fully traceable paper trail for audit compliance.
- Conduct contract review of sales orders to ensure accuracy of processing.
- Process customer stock orders ensuring price lists and pack quantities are followed and accurate.
- Maintain customer details and data on the internal CRM system (Vecta).
- Input daily sales figures on the company shared database to track sales intake performance.
- Liaise with customers to achieve optimal results.
- Adhere to a high level of company standards including customer service.
- Interpret information to prioritise tasks in line with business needs.
- Help set up boardroom in preparation for external visits and site meetings, including uploading visitor details on the internal system and sending out the online H&S induction training in advance of arrival.
