Spire Portsmouth Hospital is seeking an experienced Oncology Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team on a bank basis. You will deliver and evaluate pharmaceutical care, review patient medication histories, and provide specialist oncology advice within a multidisciplinary team in a modern private hospital setting.
The role requires current GPhC registration, a valid BOPA SACT Passport and a minimum of one year's Oncology Pharmacy experience.
