In this hybrid role, you'll manage cases and provide expert support and advice to clients in the local area and beyond. If you're experienced and passionate about Occupational Health, we'd love to have you on our growing team!
Essential Requirements:
- Must be a registered nurse with an NMC pin.
- Occupational Health degree or Diploma is desirable but not essential.
- OH experience within similar role is desirable.
- Ability to travel across the Worcestershire area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting management referral and writing quality reports.
- Triaging on the business portal.
- Ensure client records are kept up to date.
- Support the clearance of new starter questionnaires.
- Support line manager in compliance checks and audit.
- Ensure compliance with relevant professional guidelines e.g. NMC Code of Conduct.
